A friend of mine brought their car to this shop for intermittent stopping / failure to start issues. When they called to advise what was wrong with the car, there was a list of somewhat expensive repairs they said were needed and then a diagnostic fee charged upon picking up the vehicle. There were no repairs made at the time and my Dad was able to change a battery cable for the intermittent stopping / failure to start issue, the next day. My Dad also identified that the car had gotten new parts that were included in the diagnostic write up, within the past 6 months and advised that any mechanic would be able to tell that as easily as he could since he's not a mechanic and could see it. My Dad sent my friend videos of the parts and tests he ran to make sure the cable fixed the issue. My friend and I returned to this location with said video and spoke with the general manager. He was so apologetic and personable and immediately rectified the issue, even going as far as to assist us with some other recommendations for my car and also followed up with both of us after that day to ensure we were all squared away. I understand businesses and humans make mistakes, but it's the rectification of said mistakes that leave lasting impressions. I can appreciate that they did the right thing to turn what could have been a negative experience into a positive one and would recommend them, as such.
