I’ll start by saying that they have a lot of people that know a lot about tires and they are good at installing them. That said, the rest of my visit was amusing. First, they had the wrong vehicle, my other truck, on the invoice. I was worried that it might cause a problem with a warranty or rebate so I had them redo the paperwork. The original paperwork did cause a problem with the tire pressure sensors. The technicians adjusted the tire pressure sensors (one was broken and they replaced it) for the wrong truck (the one that was on the invoice) so that had to redo that. In the process, the techs locked themselves out of the truck with the key in the ignition and the lights on. We had to wait for a spare key. By the time that arrived the battery was dead. They had a jump box so once that was connected the truck started and I was on my way. By luck I was in a good mood and being a (very) amateur mechanic myself, I know not to be bothered by the small stuff. This is the third set of tires that this shop has installed for me in the last year. They have done an excellent job and I will return the next time that I need tires. One of these days I will probably also have them do the other types of work that they do. During my chats while waiting I learned that the techs also know a lot about cars.
